Are You Looking for the Right People?

In an organization, i think what you're bringing up is what we need for those people, right? Right? From the organization. So as managers or organs like organizationll level down. If you can't get the people motivated to go in a direction, then they're not going to be motivated go in the direction, right? There's a a huge responsibility on the organization from a culture standpoint,. But if you're going to invest in and expect people in an organization to propel you in adirection, then they need the thrusters to be able to do that.
