Is the Code as Effective as It Needs to Be?
I'm just wondering if you think it's as effective as it needs to be to move the needle given that adherence is voluntary. How do you create accountability for adherence to the principles of the code? I actually look at it as the strength of the code is that it's voluntary and you can apply it to the extent that it is applicable to you, which actually links to the principle of proportionality.
