The Importance of Having a Passion for Writing

I knew pretty early on that this was not going to be a life that I really wanted to continue with. It was great to sort of as a dip into this world, and the agency world is such a colorful one. In many ways, it felt like this three, four-year stint where I could just absorb and be surrounded by characters. On the other side of it, I wanted to write about those characters. They were very interesting; they had egos but also toxicity.
