Is the Fed Pivotal Going to Happen?
The spreads between mortgage rates and the 10 year treasury are unusually wide. Do you think we could see those those spreads narrowing this year as things settle down? I believe when we really get a full blown reversal, or the, or as people say a Fed pivot, then the spreads will get noticeably better at that point. And until then, I expect the spreads to stay wide.
