Are You Hiring a Third Party to Inspect a Flip?

A third party should be hired to do pre-inspections on a property before it goes up for sale. It will reduce your liability and put a new, fresh pair of eyes on the house. Holds your contractors accountable if there's something that maybe an outlet isn't working or something even small like that. And then also you can provide that to your next buyer or tenant,. say, we did have a third party inspect this property.
