How to Set Your Intentions

Get specific and give yourself a challenge that you know you can succeed at. The one in only way i've seen people be able to hit goals is to break them down into little chunks. So each day, doing one more step and knowing when to stop and leave it for the morrow. Trust me, it works. Took me a long time to learn this, but it works. Another thing is to build in rewards. Like, take yourself out to the movies, or that pair of sneaks you want. Go. Figure lie bop a moment.
