The EV Push Is Only Going to Make Cars Less Affordable

The average monthly payment for a new car here in the US, it's now at a record $777 nearly doubling from the late 2019. Electric vehicles cost about 25% more than the average car and are set to make that affordability crisis even worse. The automakers have discovered they can make more money selling fewer cars at higher prices so they don't want to give it up.
