In 20 17, when i had already been facilitating for almost 30 years, i had an experience that changed my idea about facilitation and that was the inspiration for this new book. In the book a presents by peter sange and ode charmer and joseph dorsky and betty suflowers a, the authors refer to me as a practical craftsman - which i wouldn't have thought of calling myself but it's a good description. So i'm actually not much interested at all in esoteric or mystical or spiritual matters. And i like where we've landed in our work is putting the very pragmatic at the centre of it.
