The behavioral symptoms listed in the DSM-5 are still very similar to earlier versions of the DSM over the last couple of decades. The way that you diagnose ADHD is you're looking for six out of nine of the symptoms on either the inattentive or the hyperactive impulsive axisor both. And then as I already described in the last slide, we've evolved into these sort of presentations of symptoms rather than these subtypes,. knowing they may not be reliable across development.
