In the scenario with random fluctuations causing observers to come into existence, all sorts of observers will randomly fluctuate into existence. The problem is if you use logic and reason to conclude that you are probably a boltsman fluctuation, then you have no right to believe any of the steps you used along the way to do that reasoning. So i can't reason my way into saying i'm not a boltsman brain, but i can reason myself my way into say i shouldn't believe i'm a boltsmanbrain. And what that means is i shouldn't consider cosmological scenarios in which i should be a boltsmanBrain. Do that make sense?
