How Do You See It in 19 84?

Orwell was a great anti fachist. He stood up for his beliefs with incredible courage. And so i do think orwell, without using the term self care, understood that you have to be sustainable in some way. I've seen people burn out, become embittered, spend so much time obsessing about what they're against and somehow come to mirror itor be polluted by it. You can see it in 19 84 in his essays on how you lived your life. But mostly he takes pleasure in everyday things. Sounds like the whole book is just suffused with beauty.
