Consumer Credit Is Going Through the Roof

Consumer credit is just going through the roof. We're at all-time highs here, right? And we're doing that at a time where interest rates have gone up precipitously. So I challenge the fact that the consumer, the US consumer right now, is so strong. If the Fed is really gonna nail this landing, they need unemployment to go up. But for Walmart, and today we had Walgreens out there who I think has been punished going into this. This is where you are seeing the consumer trade down. You may not be shopping in the same places, but you are and you may be trading down.
