Liberation of Thought Rather Than Speech
Some of the norms which allow public discourse nowadays, like democracy, freedom of speech and these kinds of things on. The average life span of constitution is actually only 16 years. It's very tough to amend the us Constitution. Others are much easier to amend. In effect, they get amended more frequently on. A potential third point, the us. Constitution and its norms are very broad. But this is all still very speculativea though i do thing worth while looking into.
