I was incredibly impressed by it because yeah same I could see a lot of pressure from people inside your business you see every day. No one has anything if the business goes south and I think that having the patience to find the right person stuck with me the most is this guy again with the drive It's his business it's his money it's the ultimate managerYeah how did you like that part in the book? You know where he was talking about like oh it was difficult for Steve Schwartzman to kind of pick someone within Blackstone so he had to go outside and he happened to find this perfect match with Tony James.
