The Interview Process Is a Tough One, Right?
I think I would 100% agree on the, it's really hard in an interview process to work out. You realize if you like someone pretty immediately and you, you, that thing is sorted pretty fast. For the more senior, the higher is the longer you want to test if this is true. And yeah, it's just something where you live with the, with the risk. To be very honest, I learned a lot from conversations with references.
