How to Reduce the Gender Wage Gap
The gender wage gap is a way into that conversation, but the deeper stuff underneath it is really important. I taught econ of gender in the family for probably eight, nine, 10 times when I was at St. Lawrence. And one of my favorite things about that class was watching those young women sort of go, wow, I never thought about these issues that way. It's almost unimaginable the changes that have happened.
