If you spend a lot of time on Facebook, Facebook can be a really negative place. You might not want to unfriend people on Facebook that you know but maybe you don't want to see all of the people's posts. For TikTok, I feel like I spend way too much time on there way more than I intended to. Overall, the main idea when we are decluttering these social media feeds is to really ask ourselves like, what is our goal with social media? What is ourgoal with our time that we are on there?
