We offer information outside of the typical job description. We may have additional formation on that, meaning we'd really like somebody who likes to be involved in professional organizations. Or we love people who are outgoing and can help us even though ere a geospatial analyst. Sometimes we charge per head if that's the way the employer chooses to engage with us. But it's really not our standard business model.
