I think the thing that's being the most is being able to look at the landscape right now and identify what is in our control. How can I best set up the team to be successful? Are we directing the team to focus on the right things so that we control as much as we can right now? Yeah. The kind of thing about the number one would be, I mean, obviously I go to, I wake up and noticeably thinking about our Q4 numbers and the goals for next year but I care a lot about the people side.
