How Did You Start to Do That?

In early recovery, there was a lot of self doubt and low self esteem. So it became something that i needed to do on a very, very small scale in doing estimable things every day. I had a time table, an hourly time table, for each day,. And broke the day down in two things that i could do that were kind to others. It started off with a shower and brushing my hair and having five minutes of sunshine. O see now in very much parl of my day, and i don't even think about it. But it was a necessary step to be able to get to the point where i have a monthly gols list.
