The Dangers of Hyperventilation
Wim Hof's style hyperventilation blows off all that CO2 and confuses the body's alarm system to temporarily shut off. The gases get so mixed up that you can use up your O2 and pass out before you feel that sensation that you're in trouble. It is a deadly combination. You blow off all the oxygen in the red blood cells and it depletes it very quickly. Your brain and nervous system protect you by shutting you down very quickly.
