How to Simplify the Checkout Process in Win and Mobile
I do believe that if we go into Win and Mobile, we do need to simplify the checkout. I think you make such a good point that we can't just make it one tap and then it's all done. But see, if we have three or four taps, it's some kind of compromise. Four taps and if you don't understand that you're buying something after those four taps, then this is your whole other issue. It needs to be extremely clear. If people are using this badly, it will be a mess. The retailers who will not use tech to solve UX problems will have, well, let's say, not very good sales. They're giving the heavy lifting
