Then you can start sending them emotional materials or engaging with them in the ways that encourage them to be more loyal to your brand. The other one is how customers engage with your benefits so many different companies have all different kinds of benefits with their loyalty program. And I think understanding how customers are actually engaging with those benefits makes a really big difference.
