i think so. There were a couple of deaths in my life that really emotionally affected me deeply. It was difficult for me to ever bring it up or talk about it with e without crying. And i think one of the questions that i feel comfortable sharing that helped me go through the break through is she was like, why is it bad to cry about the death of people you love? I'm pretty sure they would be counted as breakthroughs. Maybe because i wasn't trying to accomplish some sort of weird goal but i think that definitely helped a lot.
