The Disparate Outcomes of Discrimination in the Workplace
There's a sexual polarity between men and women, typically speaking broadly here. If you add one woman to that equation, if it's an all man group, well, those guys are going to be a little bit distracted or perhaps behave differently towards that woman. So it's not about keep women out of the special forces. It's just like, do you want this group of people to be as competent as possible towards accomplishing their mission? Well then perhaps in some cases, knowing that they're not indifferent to one another, it has nothing to do with the fact that a woman can't do the same does not.
