i think by the end of july, the n r s spent more than 95 % of what it brought in. All they have to show for it is all these lik, really bad candits. They could win. But if you're putting in millions of dollars into a primary and then sitting out the general, not a great use of money. I do think it's interesting that peter teal has a, so far, a decided not to put more money into that pack.
