I remember asking you whether how that applied in other areas of your life. You said to me also, when you're buying a stock, you said before you buy, seal the exit and don't think about the target price. And again, this seems to relate to what Alex Honald was doing with his free solo climbing. He was all in. Well, it has to do with the standard. So if you say to yourself, we like regards their age, we like this to be the last place they work, then you're going to put a lot of upfront work into it because the reward could be a 50 year employee, right? And so it becomes worth it.
