3M has lost 10 of the 16 cases that were brought to court and it discussed them about 265 million of fines, let's say. The issue now really with those earplucks is that they can be too short in a particular wears ear canal. So for me, 3M bought this company and get all the litigation shit in their eyes. Although you might argue like why were people wearing them anyway?
