The Importance of Sleep Efficiency

I really do focus on my sleep efficiency. That's the biggest number that I look at on my Woopa and my Aura. We start their bedtime routine at 9, so we're usually heads around the pillows by 9.15. My kids make it easy because they're up at six left, right, or center. It doesn't matter, which holds us to a clock. If you wake up in the middle of the night, don't sleep too well and you're like, oh shoot, I can't sleep in, so I've lost that."
