Is There a Mass Movement Over Airbnb?

I wonder if there's like a mass movement over Airbnb and all this sovereign individual stuff. I'm tempted to think that most political systems are sort of secondary they're at hoc explanations that people agree after the fact to sort of you know sanctify something that's already happened. And it's hard not to see that pattern in a lot of development where you know the world shifts because it's energetically and economically efficient but then people build the political structures afterwards.
