Are You Alined With Your Values?
By being more explicit about what you believe in, what values you hold dear, you are making it easier for everyone around you to understand whether or not they're alined with your beliefs. And so yes, you could go through this world saying as little as possible, but that's not the way that you get the best people to really work with. The advantage is the people whose beliefs really a line with yours, they're going to be more attracted to your cause, your company, what you're trying to do.
