CNN's John Sutter looks at the controversy surrounding a $1 billion payout to ex-Hawaiian businessman. The money was part of an agreement for him to leave his company, but he didn't get it all and is now suing Soft bank over that. He also says using other people as surfers in hanalay bay would be " deranged" If you were doing it in long island or newport beach, this behavior wouldn't be so bad,. But  to do it in hawaii?
