Am, How Do You Start Shrinking That Black Box?

Am, i'd like to ask you essentially, how do you start shrinking the black box? An understanding what am i going to use for intervention? Am, with the athlete, what do i think is this is what the athlete needs. And obviously can't work on everything, but you have to kind of choose two, three or four specific things that you work on in many cases. You might also look at hydratian and all oohs and aahs about your body's performance as well. So really, it's a long, it long check list of what are the things that you really need to go through  to get better.
