The first thing we've got to address is the shame. The distress caused by pornography isn't always the distress from the dysregulated or addictive use. It's often from this moral incongruence which is I'm not acting in accordance to my values, and the research is showing that that that distress creates more use right am I saying this right you're gonna have to stop.
