Do You Have a Roll Base Time Allocation Strategy?

joe: I like this general idea of trying to figure out how much time, or what percentage of your time, you want to be spending on the various major rolls in your professional career. So i just would like to know what sort of advice do you have as far as ike blocking out hours throughout the week, or should we always approach it day by day, except for obligations like meetings? Thanks. Joe: You have to figure out what your targets are. What are reasonable targets? And one way to help figure this out is to actually look at time block plans from the last few weeks.
