A study by the university of economics and business in athens has been published. It claims that managers are encouraging employees to speak up when they should not. The authors say this can undermine organizational decision making, errar correction or innovation processes. Drew says he thinks it's a good idea for people to be able to share their views on issues such as workplace safety.
