The Wisdom of Crowds

I think probably the one that comes to mind first is an understanding of markets and market efficiency. There's no way to look at the stock market the same way again personally right. The rise of intangibles, I've been spending a lot of time on this last few years but I also think it's an area that remains more to be discovered and more to be explored. And treasure just to tie this back to teams, you know when we say that people don't say what they think  what we're saying is information is not being aggregated right so we're leaving out info.
