The CPS Decision in the Pills by Post Scheme
The judge and the CPS in this case are trying to push it back to parliament. So, they're saying this law exists and we were duty-bound to try and enforce it. Are they making an argument that unless they enforce laws, the laws themselves won't be respected? Because there's context here in their cat, which is that the pills by post scheme was brought in through the pandemic - am I right? And then, and then made permanent in 2022. Yeah, yeah. But not without some debate...
