Zing is a big organization, how do you make sure to align your vision and goals across all the teams in the company? How do you ensure that everyone is aligned? I think I would focus more on how to bring it into operation. The way we do that is that we usually have longer initiatives that we prioritize. And for those bigger initiatives, we would use formats such as the so-called press release. It's something that Amazon has been using for a while.
