The SEC's Rejection of the Bitcoin ETF
The SEC has rejected or the primary reason that they've rejected all of these filings in the past is that other spot Bitcoin ETFs didn't have ex-surveillance sharing agreements. BlackRock's filing had like surveillance sharing agreement all over their filing, just really trying to hammer home the idea that they had solved this problem. It was very strange because they hadn't listed who that surveillance sharing agreement was going to be with.
