Ili: I'm very demanding in terms of the effort and, you know, kind of the response to things. And i think as i've grown and been longer into my coaching career, i realize, like, it's a fun way to play. The thing that we struggle with as a pressing team is at the beginning of the year, we're pressing each other, so we don't know if the offence is any good. We got to learn to react to what they're going to do within practice. Then are you gus filming your practice and going through the decisions afterwards with the guys? He noted, obviously, speed along that process.
