How to Find Time for More Training

The World Health Organization has very exact prescriptions for peak performance and teaching for exercise. If you want to be at your best, you need 150 to 300 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic activity a week. You need two strength training days and three balance flexibility and agility days. And if you don't use a single tool that's trained all five things, the user loses skills.
