If you talk, if you're talking, if it's a group ride or something, your chill endurance ride with your, your buds, just talking, you're going to end up breathing through your mouth more. People should not be able to tell that you're exercising really like a little elevated breathing. But yeah, you really want to just keep it chill, make sure that you're not gasping for breath in the middle of a sentence is a pretty good way to go with that. So I actually think historically, I'm not sure if we've ever referred to endurance riding as zone two.
