How to Get Out of That Throwed Off Feeling at the Game

I encourage people to mentally rehearse having the worst thing happen, and then toggling into a position where they regain their composure. And i always tell people, like, we don't want to practice getting out of that thrown off feeling at the game. We want to practise it in a low stake's environment, like just a practice session. Another thing that i think is very helpful is something i call the tagl technique. Toggling back and forth in a low state environment, like my office or your home or whatever, really helps you that you're able to toggle back and forth when it counts.
