The biggest challenge here is going to be defining what is a crime or not. In Taiwan, when you get convicted, sometimes you ask your wife to run the election for you. So we have a very flexible way of defining crimes in Taiwan. Sometimes it's just your wife running for you, and then also we copy and paste other people's documents - which is a national sport at the legislative UN.
