What Is Mindfulness?
Today we're going to talk specifically about mindfulness meditation, just because it's what i practise and what most of the research has been on so far. Mindfulness is purposely paying attention to experiences in the present moment in a non judgmental way. So for instance, imagine that right now an ambulance went by outside your window. Or that some on the neigbourhood start jack hammering or using a powera tool, and it's making a lot of noise. Can you just know ts and say, ok, there's a lot of Noise right now? That's all mindfulness is. But the key thing is to do it in a non judgemental wayexcuse me.
