Most of Andy's time is spent in low intensity zones. He would do long intervals, like four times ten minutes with a two minute recovery. And then alway, does short intervals, like 25 times one minute. So that's the fastest session he would be doing in the week. Sundays an easy, easiest run in the morning. The main changes are less volume, say one 85 a week,. Not a huge difference, but some er 90 % low intensity, some more in zone one.
