If you wake up in the middle of the night, is there a certain time where it makes sense just to get up and that's it? It certainly depends on how much sleep you've gotten. In the early morning hours, just because of the way that sleep is structured, it can be hard to get back to sleep. That being said, if you are like your brain, you're awake, right? And like people know this experience, like they're just awake, like I'm not going to sleep anymore, then you might as well just get up, right?
