The S&P's 4000. We got north of 4100, but we're basically getting chopped up here and it's the end of March. Why is the market not doing what we think it should be doing? I wish I could answer. Money flows in regardless. If they reverse and if they start to cut rates, all people have seen over the last 15 years is low rate environment stocks go higher.
