The Shit Sandwich and Feedback

I can't cover every single feedback situation in a 20 minute episode but I'm going to try and cover some of the the main ones mainly being kind of is it more general about your progress or performance. constructive criticism again is a term that you may be very familiar with which basically means rather than saying that's terrible  it would be something like look that wasn't really up to scratch but to improve it you need to do this and it would be much better. good thing to keep in your in your mind when you're given feedback if it's relevant sometimes we just want to give feedback so let's start with positive things let's start on a high note let's do a shit sandwich
